Saucy Green Beans

Best (and Easiest) Sauce for Green Beans
-1 part fresh ginger, finely minced
-3 parts soy sauce
-1 part sesame oil
-red pepper flakes to taste (if you want heat!)

Mix ingredients. Serve over blanched green beans. Alternately, saute the green beans in the sauce, pouring any extra sauce over the beans when they're done.

I bought some very fresh, very tasty green beans from Stanley's and this sauce was perfect over them. Yum yum yum. Now I just need to get back in the habit of making complete meals instead of bachelor-style snacking throughout the evening. :)
